BioI brew herbal beer, gruit ale and hard cider. one of my favorite things to do is help folks dig desert gardens. some of my favorite music is peace punk, folkcore, old thrash, power violence, grindcore, crustcore and just about anything heavy. I like natural/alternative medicine, and Traditonal Chinese Medicine. I'm into anarchism and taoism. I do Shaolin 5 Animal Kung Fu and Nan Chuan(southern boxing) and dabble in tai chi, shuai chiao, san da, northern stuff, pa kau and drunken boxing. I cook food all the time and do Food Not Bombs in Phoenix.
